THIS IS A CUTTER CABINET IN MY WOODSHOP.
 
DESIGNS IN THE RAISED DOOR PANELS ARE PRODUCED WITH JESADA TOOLS & TEMPLATES. DOOR PANELS ARE JOINED WITH #20 BISKETS
 
DOOR FRAMES ARE JOINED WITH POCKET SCREW CONSTRUCTION. DOORS ARE RABBITED IN BACK AND PANELS ARE SET IN SILACONE. DOOR HINGES ARE SPRING LOADED.
 
102 - 3/8 BIRCH PEGS ARE SET AT 10 DEGREE ANGLE TO HOLD CUTTERS IN PLACE. FACE OF CABINET OVERLAPS FRAME AND MAKES A 3/4 INCH POCKET TO HOLD SMALL TOOLS AT BOTTOM OF CABINET
 
ALL EDGES AND CORNERS ARE ROUNDED WITH 1/4 R. - FINISH IS MINWAX STAIN, SEALER & WAX.
 

Judges Comments
AJH : Nicely utilitarian cabinet that adds a finished touch to the overall organization of your shop. (My cutters are scattered among a dozen boxes and holders on just as many cluttered shelves.)
EW : This is probably the fanciest shaper cutter cabinet I've ever seen, yet the simplicity of the design and straightforward construction make it quite practical.
