Judges Comments
AJH : Figured cherry can be a hit-or-miss proposition in pieces, but it works perfectly here. The seedy glass is a good choice, and sets the door off nicely.
EW : Lovely wood and nice execution. Designwise, the familiar colonial style begs for a molded sticking treatment of the door frame and muntins.
LG : A simple cabinet with some lovely wood.
RJ : Pretty figured cherry with attractive overall proportions. Well formed sharply defined mouldings. A slightly wider bottom door rail than top rail and stiles would improve the visual balance of the door. Allied to this the size of the panes could have been graduated from larger at the bottom to smaller at the top-- small changes in glass pane height would be most subtle.
