I made the doors from pine, but to add visual interest, I sandwiched a strip of walnut in the glue ups. To add further interest I secured a walnut strip across the bottom of each door. I used a core box bit to pattern rout the design on the door fronts.

I lined the inside with cork and again used walnut to hold the darts and chalk. .

The base cabinet is made from pine which I assembled using box joints. The back is made of 1/4" plywood.

I turned the darts from cocobolo and zebra wood.
